Fees for Lawyer Coaching
What are the fees for coaching?
Our fees for lawyers are based upon the individual lawyer’s own billing rate. The monthly coaching fee typically equals the lawyer’s hourly rate for 1 or 1.5 hours’ time (depending on whether two or three sessions are held). If you do not bill by the hour, an appropriate rate will be agreed upon. Any additional materials used to augment the coaching process, such as DISC behavior style assessments, will be billed separately.
Can the sessions be structured any other way?
Yes, some clients prefer two one-hour sessions instead of three 30-minute sessions. During the first three months of coaching, it is recommended that sessions occur about three times per month. Clients tend to get faster results by showing up regularly and keeping the focus, brought about by having sessions every 7 to 10 days.
