What are the fees for coaching?
Our fees for lawyers are based upon the individual lawyer’s own billing rate. The monthly coaching fee typically equals the lawyer’s hourly rate for 2 or 3 hours’ time (depending on whether two or three sessions are held). If you do not bill by the hour, an appropriate rate will be agreed upon, taking your peer level into account as guidance. Any additional materials used to augment the coaching process, such as DiSC® behavior style assessments or CPI 260® leadership assessments, usually will be billed separately.

We also have a flat fee unlimited coaching option, which allows you to schedule as many available appointments per month as you desire. This is often an economical choice for lawyers with a high billing rate or for those who want a lot of attention to assist them in accomplishing a goal in a short period of time.

Can the sessions be structured any other way?
Yes, some clients prefer longer sessions from time to time. Those can be accommodated. During the first three months of coaching, it is recommended that sessions occur about three times per month. Clients tend to get faster results by showing up regularly and keeping the focus, brought about by having sessions every 7 to 10 days. Sometimes after progressing on their initial goals, clients may choose to reduce the number of  sessions or just check in periodically for maintenance purposes.
