EVALUATION QUESTIONNAIRE

1. What benefits have you received from coaching?

I have examined my priorities and learned to focus on what is really important to me. I have learned to manage my time to better address each priority.

2. Can you quantify any of the benefits you have received in numbers, dollars or another measurement?

I can’t quantify the benefits I’ve received. The main measure of the benefit is the improvement in my overall satisfaction with my job and personal life.

3. What disappointments or unfulfilled wishes did you have from your coaching?
None so far.

4. Did you have any hesitations or reservations before starting the coaching process? If so, what were they, and how did those concerns turn out:

I was reluctant to share my frustrations with a stranger. I also had reservation about how I would respond to someone telling me how to organize my life. My reservations were more a function of misunderstanding what the coaching process is about. The perspective of an objective person has been invaluable.

5. Have the results been worth the financial investment?

Without question the investment has been worth it.

6. What have you learned about yourself in the process?

I actually learned a good many positive things about myself. I learned or confirmed that I am goal oriented and usually follow through on what I set out to do. The assistance I have received from coaching has helped me to formulate the goals.

7. Would you recommend coaching to others? If so, why?

I do recommend coaching. It is simply impossible for most people to have the kind of perspective that a coach has. The formulation of goals and execution of a plan to accomplish them is a process that can be learned and improved. Coaching is the best way to work on those skills.

8. Have you accomplished your original Primary Objectives? Have your Primary Objectives changed?

I have now formulated objectives. I went into coaching without clear objectives. I knew that I wanted to improve my overall quality of life. I now know what I need to do to achieve that broad goal.

9. Any other comments?

None.
